My focus is on setting the long-term vision, ensuring our systems and developmental opportunities are robust enough to enable true success. By keeping a steady eye on the horizon, I prepare us for the future while building an environment where every individual can flourish both financially and personally. I have a unique ability to see the inherent glory and gifting in others. My professional passion is fighting to ensure those talents are revealed, cultivated, and fully expressed. My Mission is to build an entity supported by a culture and processes that allow for the consistent replication of excellence with the highest degree of integrity. Above all else, my favorite way to spend time is simply being with my wife—no matter the activity—and enjoying life with my kids and grandkids. People often ask me why I’m so passionate about what I do. It’s because I know what it’s like to have the rug pulled out from under you. After a decade in the military, I faced a different kind of war: my son’s cancer diagnosis and a premature birth that left us with nothing. That journey through the healthcare and insurance system changed me.
Now, as a VP, I use that experience to bridge the gap between business and true human need. I understand the cost of being unprotected because I paid it. When I’m not working, I’m a dad of five and a youth baseball coach. I live for the roar of a football crowd and the quiet of a motorcycle ride, but my real mission is ensuring families are safe. I’ve seen the worst days, and it’s made me fight even harder for the best ones

Having 12 years of experience working with employees from a wide variety of backgrounds, I know how to meet people where they are helping them with immediate needs as well as giving them tools to be prepared for the unexpected. I work with a fantastic team that focuses on guiding employers and their employees through this process seamlessly so they can focus on their health and not stress about the cost of protecting it. My personal health journey gives me a first-hand insight into the complexities and frustrations that come with dealing with an unexpected illness and the costs associated with it.
